Is always very easy to place an order with swimvas.com, just log in for your account access, navigate through products and select with the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have your cart ready with the desired products, you can check out and the site will guide you to complete your order. You can also browse, fill the cart and complete orders without log in, although registering in our webstore will provide you a superior service level while shopping with us. If you look for any article related to our lines of products and can´t find it through browsing, please feel free to contact us for assistance.
OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, during the ordering process, you will be informed through the product page about the availability and stock. In case you want to order an out-of-stock product, you will receive an email letting you know when it will become available for shipping. You can always email us to know about the product availability in case the product page indicates out- of- stock.
Once you complete your order, as part of the process you should receive a confirmation email. In case you do not receive immediately the confirmation email, the first step should be checking your spam or junk email folders, as anti-spam policies or filters, often email get those as destination. Please add our domain swimvas.com or our email address [email protected] to your “white list” or to your address book in order to ensure the receipt. You also can email us through the contact page to ask to resend or complete order details.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Once the order is submitted, it can´t be canceled, and we really encourage customers to review carefully the order before submitting, in order to prevent undesired events. The return process is always a possibility under previous authorization and policies.
For products that require size specification, in most cases, manufacturer size charts will be available for details for correct selection in the “Fitting Guide and Product Care” tab.

Our company makes every effort to bring you very competitive prices with the best possible service. Special offers, promotions and discounts are part of our marketing policy and you can regularly find it in our web site. Prices are within the United States.
For your convenience, payment options are credit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. At this time we do not accept checks, money orders or cash on delivery for online orders.
All orders placed on this site ate subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Valley Aquatic Supply’s shipping policy. All items are FOB Clovis, CA or FOB Origin for drop shipments made directly from manufacturers. All purchases made from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from this website pass to you the consumer upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer in which case shipping charges may be calculated based on manufacturers location.
Rates apply to shipments within the continental United States – Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. At this time our main shipper is USPS, however other methods may be used. Additional shipping charges will be applied for heavy items (pool equipment, fins & other training equipment). Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges and will be contacted by Valley Aquatic Supply customer service for approval prior to shipment.
We do not ship product outside the U.S. or its territories. We can ship to the 48 contiguous states, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. A physical address is required for all shipments.
Most in-stock orders are shipped within three business days for standard in stock orders. Orders for non stocked items will require a specific shipping time and will depend on product availability and manufacturer policies. If not specified on the product page or checkout process, costumer will be notified about time and costs. Shipping days only refer to a business days, not weekends, holidays, national or special days. The shipping time starts to count the day after the order is delivered to the shipping service company or carrier.
You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped, with instructions on how to track it. You can also access your account page and review your order status.
Insurance for shipping products may be offered upon request. Please specify during the checkout process with your request. Once received, we will send you information by email about the cost and how to pay.
We do not process exchanges. Simply place a new order for the desired product and return qualifying items within 30 days of original invoice date for a full refund. The process will be handled as a Return in accordance with our Returns policy. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original products before placing a new order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Valley Aquatic Supply will gladly accept returns within 30 days of invoice date on non-custom products, except where noted.
New, unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of invoice date and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned in original, unused/unopened condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact. Custom products are NOT RETURNABLE. Orders for custom products or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Any Blister packed products or items that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. Technical Suits and Clearance items are not eligible for return. Goggles cannot be returned due to a broken strap/nose piece or once they have been in the water.
Please inspect your products before wearing. We cannot accept returns on used, decorated, washed, or worn products under any circumstances. If a product is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the item will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. To prevent return negating damage, please use care when trying on products for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume, smoke, pet hair, finger nails and jewelry can cause the item to become soiled or damaged and therefore nonreturnable.
Defective products may be replaced at our discretion for no extra charge within (30) days of invoice. Incorrect shipping or unused defective products MUST be reported to us within one (1) week of receipt.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer and should only be made to our Clovis, CA store address regardless of shipping origin. Shipments made to any other address or location may cause significant delays in processing your return. Protect yourself by sending packages via insured mail or insured UPS. All refused and unclaimed shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a Return. Unauthorized returns or returns not meeting our returns policy will be refused at customer’s expense.
Valley Aquatic Supply reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
Before any return will be accepted, you must receive a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please call 559-307-5293 or send an e-mail to [email protected] or swimvas.com (please allow up to 36 hours for a response). Please reference your receipt number. Returns usually take 2-3 weeks for processing.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
- Items being returned for refund within (30) days of receipt.
- Call our Customer Service Department with invoice number for Return Authorization.
- Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL or UNUSED condition. PERSONALIZED, CUSTOMIZED, WORN or LAUNDERED items cannot be returned.
- Any credit issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e. a purchase made with a credit card will be credited to the same card) Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.

Once your return authorization number has been issued you have 30 days until that number expires. Any items that arrive after that date will be returned to the customer at their expense.
If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid. If a refund check is due, please be advised it may take up to (30) days to receive your refund. For credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your bank statement. In the event that your order was shipped under any promotional offer, but returns were made which changed your qualification for such offer, the appropriate fees will be deducted from your refund.
All items will be shipped free of manufacturers defects. Any manufacturer’s defective item must be reported to us in writing within (7) business days of receipt. Items damaged or lost in transit must be noted with the carrier by the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to report damages/shortages of goods to the carrier render damages/shortages the sole responsibility of the customer.
All manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer terms and conditions. Valley Aquatic Supply makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, except that of title, and all implied warranties including any warranty or merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. In no event shall Valley Aquatic Supply be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages.
Manufacturer warranties are serviced directly through the manufacturer by the customer and Valley Aquatic Supply makes no express or implied warranty with sale.
Orders always can be viewed accessing your account through “My Account” link in the top menu or in the footer block. Once in your account, you may also check your reviews, tags, wishlist, newsletter subscription, your downloadable products and more, as well as your order status.
